Traditional Blue Lias built house originally a workers cottage for the nearby Mill. The current render was causing damp issues internally due to its poor condition and lack of porosity.
Work carried out
The existing deteriorating cementitious render was removed and a new lime render was applied along with a mineral silicate paint.
